EKIY® Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The Promoter is EKIY® Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 910) of 83-93 Dalmeny Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018.

  3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

  4. The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 1/6/2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/6/2023 ("Promotional Period").

  5. To enter, eligible entrants must visit https://ekiy.com.au/pages/win during the Promotional Period and complete the online entry form including their full name, email address, phone number and state/territory of residence. Entrants can gain additional entries by completing bonus actions.

  6. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day. Each bonus action completed counts as an additional entry.

  7. This is a game of chance. Entries will be drawn at random. The draw will take place at 12pm AEST on 3/7/2023 at the Promoter's premises. The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and published on https://ekiy.com.au from 5/7/2023.

  8. The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of 1x EKIY® Wireless CarPlay Adapter or 1x EKIY® Wireless Android Auto Adapter valued at $149 AUD. The prize will be posted to the winner within 30 days of the draw.

  9. The total prize pool is valued at $149 AUD (including GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  10. If the prize is unclaimed by 5/8/2023, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 12pm AEST on 6/8/2023, subject to any written directions from state regulatory bodies. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and published on https://ekiy.com.au from 8/8/2023.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that tampers with the entry process or is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

  13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

  15. By entering this promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
